We expect our professional chauffeurs to think on their feet and anticipate our passengers’ needs. For example if it is raining meeting passengers on their doorstep, with an umbrella or phoning a passenger, when they are in the baggage hall at the airport, to confirm that we are there, and where we will be waiting to greet you. Checking that passengers have passports and tickets, before leaving their home for their airport transfer.

The Home James dress code has evolved to ensure a continuity of standards between our chauffeurs, a recognition of our chauffeurs by our customers and uniformity when more than one of our chauffeurs are present.
Your chauffeur will be immaculately presented, and formally dressed in suit, shirt and tie (neck scarves for female chauffeurs).
They will not be wearing offensive colognes.
THE DISCRETION OF PROFESSIONAL CHAUFFEURS AT HOME JAMES BIRMINGHAM
We convey a lot of high profile passengers. We often transport celebrities, dignitaries, VIPs, and quite often individuals who we may not be aware, are senior personnel at our corporate clients.
